Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours from the completion of your cleaning, and we will arrange a free re-clean if possible. If you are home and notice that something was missed, don’t hesitate to ask our cleaner to address the area.
If you wish to be present during your cleaning, please note that we provide 1-hour arrival windows. Many factors can affect scheduling, including cancellations and traffic delays. If our cleaner is running late, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide an updated arrival time.
While our cleaners will do their best to be mindful of pets and children, the client is responsible for supervising and managing them during the cleaning service.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
If we cancel or reschedule a cleaning without notice, you will receive a discount on your next service.
A $30 fee will apply if our cleaning staff arrives and cannot access the property. This fee covers travel and fuel expenses.
Our pricing is fully customized to your home and specific needs, as we know every home is unique. Estimates are based on factors such as size, number of rooms, frequency of service, and overall cleaning requirements.
If the actual scope of work exceeds the original estimate (e.g., more rooms, deep cleaning, oven, etc.), we will provide the option to pay an additional fee to complete the required service.
Clients agree to pay the quoted price to Eco Fresh Maid LLC and to have an acceptable payment method on file prior to the scheduled service time.
If payment has not been received, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the client for updated payment information before service is provided.
Clients may terminate this agreement with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time.
Eco Fresh Maid LLC may terminate this agreement immediately if the client breaches the terms.
Clients represent and warrant that they will:
Provide a safe working environment for Eco Fresh Maid staff.
Ensure cleaners have unobstructed access to all areas requiring service.
Provide access to utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and trash bins).
Move any heavy items (e.g., refrigerators, bookshelves, furniture) prior to service if cleaning is required behind or beneath them.
Secure fragile, delicate, breakable, or valuable items (including artwork, antiques, or items of sentimental value) prior to service.
